Business Engineer/Administrative Executive

Ronnie joined Let’s Communicate in 2016 as a business engineer. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in agricultural engineering with an emphasis in electrical and electronic systems. Before joining Let’s Communicate, Ronnie worked as an electrical engineer in the supply chain industry from 2000 to 2016 and was able to travel and work in almost all 50 states and owned his own business named Green Logic. Here at Let’s Communicate, Ronnie oversees all things technical, including IT services, software products, billing and collections, payroll and accounting, and human resources. In his free time, Ronnie enjoys spending time with his family on vacations to the beach or mountains, watching UGA football games, hiking, boating, and hunting.

Patient Services Manager

Michelle joined Let’s Communicate in 2021. She graduated from Athens Technical College with a bachelor's degree in business administration technology. Here at Let’s Communicate, Michelle takes care of patient referrals, scheduling, verifying insurance benefits, translating (bilingual-Spanish/English), answering calls, and loves getting to know the patients and their families to help them achieve their goals. In her free time, Michelle enjoys nature, films, and trying new foods.

Authorization Specialist

As the Authorization Specialist at Let’s Communicate, Inc., Gloria serves as a vital link between healthcare providers and insurance carriers. She coordinates closely with physician offices to secure necessary authorizations, ensuring that every child and family receives timely access to the care they need. For Gloria, the most rewarding part of her work is witnessing the incredible progress her patients make. She takes great pride in streamlining the administrative process to create a smooth, supportive experience for both providers and families. When she isn't navigating the complexities of healthcare authorizations, Gloria is a devoted "Gigi" to her four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She is an avid fan of Alabama Crimson Tide football and enjoys recharging with her family on beach vacations or hosting game nights.

Authorization and Referral Specialist

Caitlyn joined Let’s Communicate in January 2026 as the Authorization and Referrals Specialist. In her role, she works closely with families and providers to coordinate referrals and obtain authorizations, helping ensure clients receive the services they need in a timely manner. Caitlyn values being part of a team that supports communication and connection for the families we serve. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Tennessee Vols, visiting the mountains, serving with her Church, cooking and traveling with her husband’s bluegrass band.

Occupational Therapist, OTR/L /Team Leader

Lindsey joined Let’s Communicate in 2015 as an Occupational Therapist. She graduated from LaGrange College with a bachelor’s degree in biology and from Brenau University with a master’s degree in occupational therapy. Lindsey is certified in the Physical Agent Modalities (PAMs) approach to using light, water, temperature, sound, and electricity to produce a response in soft tissue to improve the effects of treatment. She has worked with the pediatric population in the clinic setting, providing strategies to improve fine motor, gross motor, hand-eye coordination, executive functioning, sensory processing, daily living skills, and more. Lindsey enjoys working closely with patients and their families to achieve their goals. In her free time, she often spends time enjoying her family/friends, attending her kids' sporting events, reading, doing yard work, and anything outside.

Speech-Language Pathologist, CCC-SLP/Clinical Manager

Deana joined the Let’s Communicate family in August 2019. She earned her Associate’s Degree of Science with a concentration in pre-pharmacy from Georgia Perimeter College in 2012. Deana then went on to the University of Georgia where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree of Education, majoring in Communication Sciences and Disorders and minoring in Human Growth and Family Development. Following her graduation from UGA, she went on to work in the school system as a speech-language pathology assistant for two school terms prior to being accepted into the graduate program at Valdosta State University. She graduated from VSU in 2019 after earning her Master’s of Education in Communication Disorders. Deana is certified in the Lee Silverman Voice Treatment, a research-based approach for the treatment of voice disorders associated with Parkinson’s disease, Down syndrome and cerebral palsy. She has been Feed the Peds trained to provide evidenced based assessment and therapy for oral motor feeding disorders and deficits. She has completed continuing education for Childhood Apraxia of Speech, including the Kaufman Apraxia Therapy Approach. Deana is also Lindamood-Bell trained and has worked with children demonstrating hyperlexia and dyslexia. She has worked in the school setting grades pre-kindergarten through eighth grade with both general education students and in self-contained classrooms. In the private clinic, she works with children from birth to 21 years of age with varying skills and needs. Deana strives to provide her families with valuable tools to foster skills that will improve their relationships with their children by elevating their understanding of their children’s communication strengths and weaknesses. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family, her dog, listening to music, traveling and SCUBA diving. She and her husband, Kevin, can often be found planning their next cruise (even sometimes while on a cruise). Her motto: Eat the sandwich. Plan the next adventure!

Physical Therapist, DPT/Team Leader

Toni joined Let’s Communicate in 2021.  She is a physical therapist with many years of pediatric experience.  She graduated from the University of Georgia in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Genetics.  She went on to earn a Master of Physical Therapy in 1999 from the Medical College of Georgia, now known as Augusta University.  Toni continued her education by going back to school, graduating with her Doctor of Physical Therapy in Pediatrics in 2017 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. She is trained in Neurodevelopmental Treatment (NDT), functional estim, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and is a Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Level B therapist.  Toni has experience working with children from 4 weeks old up to 18 years old.  She works with children both in the home through Babies Can’t Wait and with children in the clinic.  Toni enjoys building relationships with families and helping their children develop their gross motor skills so they can have greater independence with their family and friends, and out in their community.  She is married with three daughters, a son-in-law, and two dogs. Toni enjoys baking, reading and spending time with her family.

Physical Therapist, DPT

Caroline graduated from the University of Georgia with an Exercise and Sport Science degree. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from Augusta University. She has been working at Let’s Communicate since 2022, pursuing her passion for working in the pediatric physical therapy setting. Caroline gained experience throughout her graduate education in pediatric and adult populations with orthopedic and neurological conditions. As a PT, Caroline is passionate about facilitating greater independence in her patients through fun and functional activities. When she’s not working, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband while cooking, playing co-ed sports, and enjoying the outdoors together. Caroline also loves training for and competing in triathlons and has even finished an Ironman.

Physical Therapist, DPT

Kristen was born in New Orleans, LA, and moved to Georgia in 2005. She graduated from Emmanuel College in 2011 with B.S. in Biology, then attended Armstrong State University in 2014, where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2017. She has worked in a variety of settings, including a trauma hospital, adult orthopedic and neurologic clinics, and wound care. She has been a pediatric PT for the last 3 years and loves it more every day! For fun she enjoys hiking, watching UGA football and Braves baseball, crocheting various items, and playing with her two boys!

Bekah is a proud Georgia Bulldog and graduated with her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and completed a Disability Studies certificate program at the University of Georgia. After completing her undergraduate studies, she earned her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at Brenau University. She joined Let’s Communicate in 2016. Bekah is passionate about helping children become more independent while having fun as they build new skills. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and son, being outdoors, and cooking.

Megan graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion and from Georgia Regents University (formerly named Medical College of Georgia and now Augusta University) with a master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Megan has worked in both early intervention and outpatient settings, is certified in Therapeutic Listening, and has been trained in the DIR Floortime approach, sensory integration and self-regulation strategies, and integration of primitive reflexes. Megan loves working with children and their families and getting to be a part of their team to help children grow and thrive. Megan enjoys music, the outdoors, cooking, and spending time with her husband, two daughters, and their dog.

Occupational Therapist, OTD, OTR/L

Rosemary earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Disability Studies from the University of Georgia in 2017, followed by a Doctorate of Occupational Therapy and a Certificate in Early Intervention from Georgia State University in 2024. Her passion for the field began in undergrad while spending significant time as a peer mentor for students with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This experience later fueled her doctoral research: developing a specialized peer mentor training protocol for inclusive college programs. As an Occupational Therapist, Rosemary emphasizes neurodiversity-affirming practices, self-regulation skills, and reflex integration. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys concerts, reading, and martial arts.

Carlie graduated undergraduate school in 2020 from the University of North Georgia with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a minor in Kinesiology. She graduated OT school from Brenau University in 2024 with a Doctor of Occupational Therapy degree. She is passionate about providing children with the tools and skills they need to be more independent in their everyday life and helping families to carry over those skills across all environments. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, being outdoors, and enjoying life on their farm.

Speech-Language Pathologist, CCC-SLP, Student Mentor, Team Leader

Melissa is a dedicated Clinical Supervisor with a Master’s degree in Education in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of West Georgia. Melissa has experience mentoring and overseeing clinical fellows and student clinicians in a private practice environment. Her professional journey has been driven by a deep passion for helping others, particularly in the field of speech therapy, where she finds fulfillment in guiding and supporting her clients through their communication challenges. Melissa’s inspiration to become a therapist stems from her personal experience growing up with her sister, who has Down’s Syndrome, and it’s this connection that has fueled her desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Due to this personal connection, Melissa shows  a specialized interest in working with children with Down Syndrome. Melissa enjoys utilizing a hybrid approach within her therapy sessions  to gain rapport and spark an interest within her clients while skillfully introducing new speech and language concepts. Melissa has experience working in school settings and private clinics with children ranging from birth to 21 years. Outside of her career, Melissa enjoys traveling, spending quality time with her family and dogs, and staying active through regular workouts. A proud Georgia Bulldogs fan, she passionately supports her team through every season. With her compassionate nature and dedication to her work, Melissa continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those around her.

Speech-Language Pathologist, CCC-SLP, Student Mentor, Team Leader

Julia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia in 2019 and completed her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of West Georgia in 2021. Before joining LCI in 2022, she gained valuable experience working in a high school, where she supported a diverse group of neurodivergent students with both low-support and high-support needs. Julia has a passion for working with individuals who are Gestalt Language Processors and is listed on the Meaningful Speech, NLA Trained Clinician Registry. Her clinical approach is centered on prioritizing social connection while helping others find their “voice” (verbal speech, AAC, or otherwise). In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Julia serves as a student mentor and supervisor, providing guidance and support to both Clinical Fellows and aspiring Speech-Language Pathologists. She has mentored students and CFs from a variety of CMSD/Speech-Language Pathology programs, including Valdosta State University, University of Georgia, Maryville University, and Marshall University. In her free time, Julia enjoys spending time with friends, hosting game nights, curling up with a good book, and discovering new dining spots.

Speech-Language Pathologist, CF-SLP

Caitlin is a dedicated pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping children find their voice and communicate with confidence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Georgia in 2020. Caitlin began her journey with LCI as a student intern in 2024 and officially joined the team after earning her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Maryville University in August 2025. Her experience within the organization has strengthened her commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care. Caitlin is devoted to delivering individualized therapy tailored to each child’s unique needs. She believes meaningful progress is built through strong partnerships with families and strives to create a supportive, engaging environment where children feel empowered to grow, connect, and succeed. Outside of her professional work, Caitlin can be found reading, watching sports, and spending time outdoors with her dog.

Speech-Language Pathologist, CF-SLP

Originally from Queens, New York, Crystal graduated from Teachers College, Columbia University with a Master of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders. Before joining Let’s Communicate, she worked with both children and adults with various intellectual and developmental disabilities via in-person and teletherapy sessions. She is dedicated to empowering those who experience difficulties with communication, enabling them to express their thoughts, feelings, and love for their families in meaningful and unique ways. Outside of Let’s Communicate, Crystal enjoys hiking, reading, and spending time with her golden retriever, Bori!
